Architects Drawn Up Deal for New Office

Highly respected Brisbane-based architectural firm Merrin & Cranston Pty Ltd has leased office space in a new building at Seven Hills in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

The 349 sqm whole ground floor tenancy at 12 The Corso, Seven Hills, was secured in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones and Jonathon Jones of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Rhiannon Jones said the tenancy in a popular retail strip had never previously been occupied.

She said Merrin & Cranston, which specialises in residential aged care, church, community and welfare projects in both urban and regional areas of Queensland and NSW, has offices at Dutton Park and Fairfield and had been seeking new premises in the eastern suburbs.

“This is a brand new office space in a building which offers excellent exposure and signage opportunities,” Ms Jones said.

“The space enjoys plenty of natural light and has high quality finishes throughout and large glass front windows.”

Jonathon Jones said the property comes with five exclusive use car parks and there is also plenty of street parking available in the area.

“The building has the benefits of rear access and there are many other great businesses in the neighbourhood including a cafe,” he said.

Merrin & Cranston has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a gross rental of $100,000 per annum.
