C3 Church Spreads its Wings to East Brisbane
Global Christian Pentecostal movement C3 Church has spread its wings to East Brisbane, snapping up a prominently located showroom/office building through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.
C3 Church has leased the approximately 899 sqm showroom/retail/office space at 1/89 Lytton Road, East Brisbane, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial TradeCoast’s Jack Gwyn.
Jack Gwyn said the building was previously a grocery store but it was suitable for a wide range of uses.
“C3 Church thought the site was ideal for their latest church in Brisbane,” he said.
“The showroom is on a prominent corner location on a main route linking Brisbane’s eastern suburbs to the CBD.
“There is ample onsite parking and a loading bay with a secure roller door and a hydraulic lift.
“The building also has security cameras installed and there is a strong room and office at the rear of the tenancy,”
C3 Church, which has more than 400 churches in 64 countries, has taken out a three year lease at gross rental of $165,000 per annum.
