Motor vehicle repairer Checkpoint Motors is moving to larger premises at Bulimba in Brisbane’s inner eastern suburbs to accommodate its growing business.

Checkpoint Motors has secured a workshop facility at 86 Taylor Street, Bulimba, in a deal negotiated by Jack Gwyn and Jared Doyle of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Jack Gwyn said Checkpoint Motors was relocating from another site in Bulimba that is about to be redeveloped.

“Checkpoint needed to find new premises in the Bulimba area and we were thrilled to deliver for them,” he said.

Jared Doyle said the approximately 270 sqm warehouse is situated in a highly visible corner location and comes with approximately 300 sqm of securely gated hardstand.

“There is plenty of parking available on the site and also on the street,” he said.

“It’s an ideal location close to the Oxford St café precinct in Bulimba and with easy access to the Gateway Motorway and just 6km to the Brisbane CBD.”

Checkpoint Motors has taken out a three year lease at a gross rental of $60,000 per annum.
