Clothing brand Bullzye Australia sews up new Murarrie space

Clothing and accessories company Bullzye Australia has leased new space in Murarrie through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

The 822sqm office-warehouse at 2/15 Terrace Place will serve as the company’s distribution centre and is to include a showroom open to the public, agent Jack Gwyn says.

The business has moved from bigger premises in Tingalpa, now also available for lease through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

“Bullzye didn’t require as much office space and will consolidate their warehouse footprint, potentially using volumetric storage via vertical racking,” Mr Gwyn says.

Bullzye Australia, which also has stores in Toowoomba, Mackay, Rockhampton and Townsville, has taken a three-year lease with a three-year option. The rent is $113,575.75 plus GST and outgoings of $27,988.70.

Newly painted and carpeted, the property includes a 640sqm clear-span, high-bay warehouse with three container-height roller doors and hardstand, air-conditioned office and ground-floor showroom space and four undercover car spaces.

The fully fenced and secure site is 570m from the Gateway Motorway, 1.25km from the Port of Brisbane Motorway, 4km from Brisbane Airport and 7.3km from the Brisbane CBD.

The business’ former premises at 246 New Cleveland Road, a 1457sqm near-new office-warehouse, is available for lease at $186,496 per annum plus outgoings and GST.
