David Monaghan Joins Ray White Commercial TradeCoast

Versatile David Monaghan has joined Ray White Commercial TradeCoast in Brisbane in a new role as a commercial sales and leasing executive.

Ray White Commercial TradeCoast Principal Jonathon Jones said David was a man of many talents whose varied experiences would prove invaluable to the agency’s sales and leasing team.

“David has more than 15 years sales experience in a variety of roles and he brings to the table an extraordinary level of customer service and capacity to handle high pressure situations,” he said.

“In his new role with Ray White Commercial TradeCoast, David will focus on new and re-development sites throughout the eastern corridor of Brisbane.”

Before entering the real estate sector, David was a consistent top sales performer nationwide with the JB Hi Fi group. David also spent a decade in carpentry with half that time spent as a project manager. He also has experience as a personal trainer, martial arts and meditation instructor.

“I started my real estate career as a residential agent for LJ Hooker, achieving more than $15 million in sales in the first 12 months,” David said.

“I am now looking forward to further developing my skillset in retail and commercial property with the team at Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

“I am driven by my love for family and passion for the property market. My pledge to clients is to complete real estate transactions in a calm, precise and timely manner.”
