Double Leasing Achieved in Brisbane’s East
Beauty and fashion business Lolita Bonita’s (Pretty Ladies) has moved to retail premises at Morningside in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial.
Lolita Bonita’s and photographic business Sarah Streets Studio have both leased properties at 1&2 676 Wynnum Road, Morningside, in deals negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast.
Rhiannon Jones said both properties had been vacant for several months before she was appointed to the listings by the private owner.
“The two premises had been vacant for some time but I managed to secure two tenants within six weeks of my appointment to market these properties,” Rhiannon Jones said.
“It’s great to be able to lease these retail properties to such fantastic creative industry tenants.”
Lolita Bonita’s will also operate a cafe from their 30 sqm retail space. They have taken out a 1 + 1 year lease at a gross rental of $10,800 per annum.
Sarah Streets Studio has also taken up a 1 + 1 year lease for net rental of $9,000 per annum.
