EDGE Learning Centre has snapped up a DA approved site in Brisbane’s Annerley following a successful expressions of interest campaign for $4,125,000 at 720-724 Ipswich Road.
The asset, that came with a 3,784sq m*land area, offered Low Medium Density Residential (two or three-storey mix) zoning.
The asset was successfully marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial TradeCoast Sales and Leasing Executive Franz Stapelberg.
Mr Stapelberg said the property had DA approval in place for a 471sq m* medical centre and a 144* place childcare facility.
“The property was an old car yard and during our five-week campaign we attracted 60 enquiries and carried out more than 20 inspections,” he said.
