Enware Australia Makes a Move

Specialist plumbing and personal safety equipment manufacturer and supplier Enware Australia Pty Ltd has moved to a new headquarters in Brisbane through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Enware Australia has shifted from premises at Virginia in Brisbane’s northside to a warehouse/office at 3/41 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm, in a deal negotiated by Jack Gwyn of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Jack Gwyn said Enware Australia, which has been in business for more than 75 years, was relocating for the first time more than 20 years.

“Enware Australia was looking for a more modern and compact premises and this is a brand new warehouse/office complex close to Brisbane Airport,” Jack Gwyn said.

“Unit 3 offers an approximate 236 sqm high quality floor space with 112 sqm of corporate first floor office space and a 124 sqm warehouse/ ground floor showroom accessed via an electric container height roller door.

“There are 12 industrial units in this complex and this is the seventh to be occupied. Five units are available for sale or lease.

“The complex has a signage tower and onsite café while each unit has six car parks. The property has easy access to the surrounding major arterial road network.”

Enware Australia has taken out a 5 + 3 + 3 year tenancy at net rental of $44,840 per annum.
