Leasing Achieved At Morningside
A retail security systems and audio equipment business has secured premises at Morningside in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial.
The company has leased 125 sqm of retail space at 668 Wynnum Road, Morningside, in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast.
Rhiannon Jones said the property was in a popular complex and boasts main road exposure and excellent signage opportunities.
“This retail site is within walking distance to Morningside Railway Station and is just 5km east of the Brisbane CBD,” she said.
“There are also 15 on-site car parks and plenty of street parking available at the complex, which has alfresco dining outlets.”
The retail security system and audio equipment operators have taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a gross rental of $60,000 per annum.
