Leasing Achieved At Morningside
Achieve Personal Training Studio has secured new premises at Morningside in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial.
The company has leased 2 (a) and (c) 643 Wynnum Road, Morningside, in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast.
Rhiannon Jones said she had leased adjoining tenancies at 643 Wynnum Rd with unit 2 (b), a 63 sqm tenancy, rented by Scotty’s Removalist Company.
“This originally was a single 198.1 sqm property which we divided into two tenancies and leased separately,” she said.
“Units 2 (a) and (c) offer 135.1 sqm and the space proved ideal for Achieve Personal Training who were seeking a larger Brisbane eastside studio in a short time frame.
“We put a deal together within the space of 48 hours and had fit out work including air-conditioning, painting and new carpet started within six days of the initial inquiry.”
Rhiannon Jones said the adjoining tenancies were secured for a combined gross annual rental of $71,000.
Achieve Personal Training has taken out a lease for gross rental of $45,000 per annum. Scotty’s Removal Company secured a 3 year + 3 year lease for $26,000 gross per annum.
Both leases commence this month.
