A home visiting medical service has leased office space at Cannon Hill in Brisbane’s east for their new headquarters through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Thoshi Medicals Pty Ltd, trading as 24/7 Doctor, has secured an approximately 96 sqm tenancy at 8/1151 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill, in a deal negotiated by Jack Gwyn and Jonathon Jones of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.

Jack Gwyn said the modern first floor office is in a building next to Cannon Hill Plaza and fronting busy Wynnum Rd.

“It’s a great location with ample on-site car parking for staff and visitors,” he said.

Thoshi Medicals has taken out a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at net rental of $36,000 per annum.
