New Home for Petcloud
Home pet boarding and care service, Petcloud, has fetched a new office at Murarrie in the Australia TradeCoast precinct in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.
The 53 sqm tenancy in the Metroplex Estate at 3/28 Metroplex Avenue, Murarrie, was secured in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast.
Rhiannon Jones said Petcloud was occupying the office which was previously the home of Ray White Commercial TradeCoast, which has moved to a larger office in the same building.
“The office layout was ideal for Petcloud, which is moving its headquarters from Fortitude Valley to the TradeCoast precinct,” she said.
“The tenancy in the busy Murarrie Estate consists of a reception area, meeting room and open plan office area and there is a kitchenette as well as plenty of on-site parking with no time limits.
“The estate offers signage opportunities to Metroplex Ave and includes other great tenants including Zac’s Bistro, Ray White Commercial and many more.
“The location offers easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Port of Brisbane, Brisbane Airport and is just 8km from the Brisbane CBD.”
Petcloud has taken out a 1 + 1 + 1 year lease at a gross rental of $21,000 per annum.
