Boutique Brisbane chartered accountancy firm Gibson Clark Accountants has secured office space at Morningside in the Australian Trade Coast precinct in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial.
The company has leased 16/23 Breene Place, Morningside, in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast.
Rhiannon Jones said Gibson Clark Accountants was relocating to the modern two-storey office complex next month from premises in nearby Murarrie.
“This property offers 96 sqm of office space on the ground floor including a reception and waiting area as well as three partitioned offices and a staff lunchroom,” she said.
“There are three exclusive car spaces and the property has easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Brisbane Airport and the Brisbane CBD.”
Gibson Clark Accountants have has taken out a 2 + 2 year lease at a gross rental of $25,000 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
