Leading logistics company APL Pty Ltd has secured office space at Cannon Hill in the Australian Trade Coast precinct in Brisbane’s east through Ray White Commercial.
The company has leased 4/1155 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill, in a deal negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast.
Rhiannon Jones said APL was relocating to the complex located next to Cannon Hill’s major shopping centre from nearby Murarrie.
“This property offers 80 sqm of office space including a reception area and a boardroom on the first floor of a prominently located building,” she said.
“The site has excellent frontage to Wynnum Rd, ample on-site parking and offers easy access to the Brisbane CBD.”
APL has taken out a 2 + 1 year lease at a gross rental of $32,800 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
Rhiannon Jones has also leased an adjoining 60 sqm office for three years at a gross rental of $25,500 per annum. The lease is due to commence in August, 2014
