PAPER Handling Equipment Pty Ltd (PHE) have snapped up a five-year lease in Brisbane’s ever-popular eastern suburb of Murarrie at 4/33 Miller Street.
The asset, that offered 900sq m* of building area, was leased for $103,000 p.a. net plus outgoings plus GST and commenced on 01 September.
The deal was successfully brokered by Ray White Commercial TradeCoast’s Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn.
Mr Doyle said PHE were coming out of a smaller Morningside facility that they had outgrown and Murarrie’s connectivity was a real drawcard.
“Murarrie is one of the most sought-after industrial and commercial hubs due to its highly convenient proximity to the Port of Brisbane, Brisbane CBD and the Gateway Motorway, connecting you to Queensland’s major arterial network,” Mr Doyle said.
“There’s currently a shortage of 700-1,000sq m warehouses in the precinct at the moment and we had two local groups submit offers on the property prior to the previous tenant vacating leading to a seamless transition and favourable lease terms for the owner.”
Mr Gwyn said the asset offered 900sq m* of office/warehouse/showroom unit with 275sq m* of office space over two levels.
“The 203sq m* mezzanine level and 72sq m* ground level is carpeted, freshly painted, has ducted air-conditioning, is open-plan, data cabled, and has an alarm system,” Mr Gwyn said.
“The 625sq m* concrete tilt panel warehouse offers natural light, large container height electric roller door and three-phase power.
“The end unit with large hardstand area in front is perfect for container handling and has 14 exclusive use car parks.”
