Retail Space in Southside Brisbane Shopping Village Leased
Retail space in a popular shopping complex under new ownership and management at Underwood on Brisbane’s southside has been secured through Ray White Commercial.
Shops 3 and 4 in the Underwood Shopping Village at 2770 Logan Road, Underwood, have been leased in deals negotiated by Rhiannon Jones of Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast on behalf of the private owners.
Rhiannon Jones said Shop 3, a 79 sqm unit, was leased by Everyday Physio in a 3 + 3 + 3 year deal at a net rental of $35,550 per annum.
She said experienced café operators Grappleberry Pty Ltd took out a 3 + 3 year lease for a 53 sqm tenancy in Shop 4 for a net rental of $23,850 per annum.
“This is a popular shopping complex with a number of committed tenants including Top Health Doctors, Sullivan and Nicolaides Pathology, Underwood Dental Care, Skin Care Clinic, Big Dad’s Pies plus seafood and Indian restaurants,” she said.
“The complex also offers ample on-site parking and easy access to the M1 and the Gateway Motorways.”
