A vacant warehouse/office strata unit in a commercial complex at Hendra in Brisbane’s inner north-east has been sold for $1.21 million.
The property at 13/191 Hedley Avenue, Hendra, has been sold by Ray White Commercial Brisbane Trade Coast’s Jared Doyle on behalf of a Melbourne-based private investor.
Jared Doyle said the warehouse/office unit, which had been leased by Muscular Dystrophy Queensland for the past seven years, was sold post-auction to the owners of Brisbane lifestyle magazine Bmag.
“The purchasers already owned three other units within the complex and they are looking to consolidate unit 13 with one of their smaller units,” he said.
“I have subsequently been appointed to market two of their other units for sale or lease.”
He said the warehouse complex offered direct exposure to the East West Arterial Road and easy access to the Gateway Motorway and the Brisbane domestic and international airports.
“The air-conditioned unit has approximately 490 sqm of office space over two levels and approximately 150 sqm of warehouse storage area with electric container height roller door access,” he said.
“The fit-out in place included a reception area, eight partitioned offices, a board room and a lunch room as well as an approximately 14 sqm balcony plus an external courtyard.
“The unit came with 15 exclusive on-site car spaces while there is plenty of street parking available.”
